The Shark’s Eye / El Ojo del Tiburon

This is a film about Maicol and Bryan, two friends in an isolated village on the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua. This summer will mark the end of their childhood and an abrupt journey into adulthood as they start to work in the shark hunting trade. But the trade is disappearing along with the species and the town is short in options, so many of the shark hunters are becoming drug smugglers. Which way will the boys choose ? Bryan and Maicol wander around and explore their world. There is the sea, the jungle and maybe a girl. And there is also a crew with a camera. So, a film is born.
