Despite conflicts of interest, criminal proceedings, innumerable policy blunders, his popularity in Italy is still quite high. How is this possible. Against the background of upcoming regional elections, this film is a snapshot of the mood in the country. It paints a portrait of Berlusconi’s supporters and of some those demanding his resignation.
