Anna, Seven Years on the Frontline

This is Anna Politkovskaya’s life story, told in documentary scenes and in the words of friends and colleagues. We meet: Galina Musaliyeva, who had shared a room with her in the editorial office of Novaya Gazeta newspaper; Lidia Yusupova, a lawyer from Grozny who spent many years searching for the lost people in Chechnya and received the prestigious Martin Ennals Award in 2004; and Vyaceslav Izmailov, another colleague from Novaya Gazeta who has started his own investigations to find out who killed Anna.
